I noticed that none of the <br /> drawings provided by the applicant showed the office building, which is built makai of the <br /> project on basically the same property, or indentation of the property, so that the office building <br /> is surrounded on three sides by the subject property. <br /> ANDREWS: Yes. <br /> VAN PERNIS: Were you aware of that? <br /> ANDREWS: Yes, that's a separate parcel. That's been a parcel - - - <br /> VAN PERNIS: Yes, it is. Are you aware of why the applicant didn't include that in the <br /> drawings? <br /> CARR SMITH: Does the applicant own the parcel? <br /> ANDREWS: Not to my understanding. It's a separate parcel, separate TMK. <br /> VAN PERNIS: Yes, separate ownership.
