I have an outdoor view deck and indoor standard restaurant. <br />Onizuka: At this time, we'll have the Administrative Officer give a report of protests. <br />Gonzalez: Mr. Chair, the applicant mailed 7 out of 7 notices within 100 feet, 42 out of 44 <br />notices within 500 feet, and zero notices to condominium or cooperative property owners. <br />There were 43 properties entitled to protest and we received 3 protests to this application <br />via email from Tom Rosenbaum, for 3 TMKs. This was on Monday, November 2, 2020. <br />The concerns for the protests were about loud late night activity involving alcohol or live <br />music next door. <br />Onizuka: Thank you.
