Onizuka: Hearing none, Commissioners, questions, or discussion? I have a question for <br />the license applicant. Are you planning to have music on your patio? <br />Chiasson: No, the reality is, maybe some light ambient music at times, and that's about it. <br />There was discussion of potentially a solo artist at some point or something like that. We're <br />not a late-night establishment, closing typically at 8:00 (P.M.), maybe 9:00 (P.M.) on Fridays <br />and Saturdays; but, we're not intending to be any sort of dance club or anything like that. <br />Onizuka: A Category 131 license application states that it's for recorded music and live <br />entertainment. If you have live entertainment, (like) a solo artist, would that person be able <br />to play inside of your... <br />Chiasson: Absolutely, yes. <br />Onizuka: Other than that, it'll be recorded music? <br />Chiasson: Correct. <br />Onizuka: Thank you. Commissioners, any other questions? <br />There were no other questions from the Commissioners. <br />Onizuka: Hearing none, call for a motion to close the public hearing. <br />Hughes: I'll make that motion. <br />Greenwell: I'll second that motion. <br />Mr. Hughes moved to close the public hearing; seconded <br />by Mr. Greenwell. <br />Onizuka: Moved and seconded that we close the public hearing.
