Informal Hearing (Alternative 1) on violation of Section 281-78(b)(1)(A) <br />of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, Sale to a Minor. <br />Ms. Schoen, please read the Complaint and Accusation, and the Answer to the Complaint. <br />Schoen: The Complaint states that, in the Matter of the Accusation Against Seven -Eleven <br />Hawaii, Inc., dba 7 -Eleven Stores (Keaau) #54284, located at 16-499 Old Volcano Road, <br />Keaau, Hawai'i, this is an informal hearing (Alternative 1) for violation of Section 281-78(b)(1)(A) <br />of the Hawai'i Revised Statutes, as amended, Sale to a Minor. On or about the 31 st day <br />of January 2020, in the County and State of Hawai'i, the Licensee, Seven -Eleven Hawaii, Inc., <br />dba 7 -Eleven Stores (Keaau) #54284, did sell, serve, or furnish liquor to a minor (age 19). <br />Schoen: The Licensee has waived its right to a hearing, and we ask that you find the Licensee <br />in violation of the charge. <br />Smith: Thank you, Ms. Schoen. May I have a motion to find the Licensee in violation of the <br />charge? <br />Mukai: So move. <br />Smith: Thank you, and a second? <br />Pawasarat: Second. <br />Mr. Mukai moved that the Licensee in Case No. 2020-009 be found <br />in violation of Section 281-78(b)(1)(A), of the Hawai'i Revised Statutes, <br />as amended, Sale to a Minor; seconded by Ms. Pawasarat. <br />Smith: Thank you, Andi. Motioned and seconded.
