Motion: MS. KELEPOLO moved to approve the September 9, 2020 regular session <br />minutes. The motion was seconded by MS. NAUGAYAN. <br />Due to the technical difficulties experienced by MS. WELLS FISCHER, CHR. <br />WARSHAUER called for a break until she was online. This action took approx. 37 minutes. <br />CHR. WARSHAUER reconvened the meeting at approx. 9:53 a.m. <br />During discussion, MS. WELLS FISCHER made two corrections. CHR. WARSHAUER <br />called for a verbal or raising of hands vote, all members present voted aye. The motion <br />was carried. <br />Minutes of October 14, 2020, Special Meeting <br />Motion: MS. WELLS FISCHER moved to approve the October 14, 2020, special meeting <br />minutes. The motion was seconded by MS.KELEPOLO. There being no discussion, CHR. <br />WARSHAUER called for a verbal or raising of hands vote, all members present voted aye. <br />The motion was carried. <br />IV.DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT: (none) <br />Property Manager Hamana Ventura had nothing to report and addressed any questions <br />from the commission. <br />V.CHR.PERSON'S REPORT: <br />CHR. WARSHAUER noted the ending term for District 8 Commissioner MR. TOMICH <br />and District 9 Commissioner MS. WELLS FISCHER effective December 31, 2020. <br />CHR. expressed gratitude for their many years of service on this Commission and <br />asked if they can stay on for the 90-day extension, which they agreed to serve. <br />CHR. offered his appreciation for the commission’s efforts meeting online due to <br />COVID19, working though the technical difficulties, performing site visits, presenting a <br />verbal or written report, announced the recent passing of the two charter <br />amendments, and expressed the hope to improve next year’s annual report for the <br />Mayor. <br />VI.UNFINISHED BUSINESS: (none) <br />There being no unfinished business, CHR. WARSHAUER, directed the commission to the <br />next item on the agenda. <br />VII.NEW BUSINESS: <br />1.Commission to review and approve the 2020 Annual Report to the Mayor. (Motion <br />carried) <br />A very lengthy discussion, lasting over 7½ hrs., reviewed, discussed, and edited all 16 <br />Prioritized List summaries; chair’s letter to the Mayor; table of contents; introduction; <br />Acquisition Status Report; chapter tabs; and other chapters of the report for the Mayor. <br />Completion of the edits, CHR. WARSHAUER called for a motion to accept the annual <br />report. <br />Motion: DR.
