We want to ensure the transition includes such an <br />appendix as a placeholder until a current Hilo CDP is developed and included in the GP <br />2040. <br />For the record, attached is the planning department's Ebulletin "Six CDPs, One Island."But <br />there are 7 Community Development Plan boundaries (see attached Overview).
