He <br /> was referencing something in Nevada, which I don't have any information on (indiscernible– <br /> noise) news to me <br /> VAN PERNIS: The testifier said that the LLC, which is the applicant, was dissolved and doesn't <br /> exist as of 2011; therefore, legally we can't act on the application in any manner. Do you agree <br /> to defer this matter until we find out whether the applicant exists or has any standing? Because <br /> the only evidence we have, the only evidence is that it was dissolved in 2011. <br /> CARR SMITH: Okay, Mark, thank you.
