CSW Brochure <br />Mihaela updated the CSW Brochure with edits from last meeting. Only waiting on the new Chair <br />to be updated and then send the pdf to Allen for printing. <br />Dianna researched if the CSW Committee could have a Website/Landing Page <br />and/or a Social Media Page as a means of getting out information and contact info and found out <br />the Mayors Office is working on a template for a landing page for Boards to have a space on the <br />County website. They will send an update in a few weeks. ACTION ITEM: Mihaela update <br />with new Chair and send to Allen. Dianna invite Pomaikai Bartolome (Executive Assistant <br />to Mitch Roth) to our March Meeting. <br />D. Family Services Directory <br />Cyd distributed 250 copies to all Bay Clinics, Lokahi Treatment Center, Pahoa Adult Mental <br />Health <br />• Evelyn distributed 200 from Farrah, KTA, Creative Arts Hawaii, Penn Youth <br />Foundation, Longs, Hawaii Care Services, Keaau Middle + Highschool, and Hilo Highschool. <br />• Mele keeps the master distribution list updated and did not receive updated num- bers from <br />Allen. <br />ACTION ITEM: Mele to follow up with Allen to get his dis- tribution numbers to have the <br />updated log ready for March meeting. Please include the log in the monthly meeting <br />info <br />E. Human Trafficking <br />Sub -committee had no update to report. <br />CSW still has Human Trafficking Info Posters to handout if needed. <br />The Sub -Committee needs to meet and discuss the focus for CSW. Need <br />to gather more statistics about Human Trafficking on Hawaii Island. Would like to know the actu- <br />al numbers on runaways, trafficking victims, returned, found, repeat offenders, missing, etc. Sug- <br />gested that the HPD and the Prosecuting Attorney's office could help in gather these figures. <br />ACTION ITEM: Sub -Committee meet before next meeting. <br />12/08/201mi <br />
