Equal Pay Sub -Committee had no update to report. The sub -committee will meet to discuss doing a 2021 campaign (Radio +Print Ads) to bring awareness to Equal Pay. ACTION ITEM: Andy set up meeting with Sub -Committee before next meet- ing. G. Status of Women Report Sub -Committee Sub -Committee Update- Farrah sent a google doc link for Committee Mem- bers to provide feedback on the report. Feedback from Puna was to include at the end suggestions for legisla- tive action that we could help push forward. ACTION ITEM: Mihaela will put some more thought into the report and put together the final report to be presented at the next meeting. Add to Agenda for March Meeting for the Committee to decide what to do with the report/who to share it with. Idea are: short pow- er point presentation, share with YWCA, send to Mayor, do a press release, etc.? X. NEW BUSINESS A. Election for vacancies (Chairperson and possibly Vice -Chairperson) Mele nominated Mihaela for Chair. Andy seconded. No other nominations were received. Brooke motioned to close the nom- inating floor. Andy seconded. No discussion. Motion approved. Mihaela will now be the Chair. Brooke nominated Mele for Vice Chair. Evelyn seconded. No other nominations were re- ceived. Brooke motioned to close the nominating floor. Evelyn seconded. No discussion. Mele will now be the Vice -Chair. ACTION ITEM: Nominating Committee to meet and come up with slate for Corresponding Secretary. Mihaela add Corresponding Secretary nomination and vote to March Agenda. B.
