A voice vote was taken, and <br /> the motion carried with all in favor. <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br /> 1. Discussion of recent Special Management Area(SMA) determinations, minor permits <br /> and enforcement action issued by the Planning Director. <br /> The Commission took this item up at 10:06 a.m. <br /> Mr. Kay said there is no new administrative matters at this time. He informed the Commission <br /> that next month's agenda has three (3) items and is happy to address any questions regarding the <br /> Special Management Area(SMA) Assessment and Short-Form logs which was provided a few <br /> days ago.
