I believe we all received the background report and recommendations so, unless <br /> there is a need these other individuals to state I'll just say that they all did. We don't intend to <br /> provide a presentation today I think that the application speaks for itself it's fairly simple, Jessica <br /> did a good job presenting the purpose, the location, other aspects of the project. We are more <br /> here to answer any questions that you might have, I do want to emphasize that it is an extremely <br /> important project for the County to proceed on and it's a shame that it hasn't been done up to this <br /> point. But it is really important to step on it now and that's the reason that we wanted to get the <br /> amendment submitted as soon as possible. I think maybe the next person who should speak <br /> maybe is Mr. Imanaka perhaps he can speak for the Department of Public Works or someone he <br /> selects and then I know you have a question for I think Commissioner Au has a question perhaps <br /> related to the communications facility. We do have Mr. Dietrick here for that and we will be I <br /> think Mr. Imanaka will be presenting we have one change in conditions that we would like to <br /> request.
