§ 5-7-2 H AWAI‘I C OUNTY C ODE <br />Section 5-7-2. Plan review fee for pre-approved plans. <br />Each pre-approved plan shall be subject to a plan review fee based on the schedule <br />below. <br />PLAN REVIEW FEE FOR PRE-APPROVED PLANS <br />CategoryFees <br />A.Plans with enclosed roof coverage of 1,100 sq. ft. or less.$150 <br />B. Plans with enclosed roof coverage of 1,101 sq. ft. up to $200 <br />1,400 sq. ft. <br />$20 per 100 sq. ft. <br />C. Plans with enclosed roof coverage of 1,401 sq. ft. or more. <br />or fraction thereof <br />(2020, ord 20-61, sec 2; am 2024, ord 24-45, sec 3.)5-7-2 <br />Section 5-7-3. Permit. <br />(a) A fee shall be assessed for each permit. The fee shall be submitted at the time of <br />permit issuance.
