P ARKS AND R ECREATION §15-14 <br />(6) Explosives; <br />(7) Electrical devices; <br />(8) All types of nets which measure more than three feet at the widest span. <br />(c) No aquatic life taken from waters within park areas shall be sold or offered for sale. <br />(1983 CC, c 15, art 2, sec 15-14; am 1987, ord 87-74, sec 1.)15-14 <br />Section 15-15. Gambling prohibited. <br />Gambling in any form, or the operation of gambling devices, whether for <br />merchandise or otherwise, is prohibited. <br />(1983 CC, c 15, art 2, sec 15-15.)15-15 <br />Section 15-16. Person under the influence of alcohol or drugs. <br />Entering or remaining in a park area when manifestly under the influence of <br />alcohol, narcotics or other drugs, to a degree that may endanger oneself or other persons <br />or property, or unreasonably annoy persons in the vicinity is prohibited. <br />(1983 CC, c 15, art 2, sec 15-16.)15-16 <br />Section 15-17. Returning lost property. <br />All lost articles shall be deposited by the finder at the office of the director or at the <br />nearest police station, leaving the finder’s name and address. <br />(1983 CC, c 15, art 2, sec 15-17.)15-17 <br />Section 15-18. Abandoned property prohibited; impoundment. <br />(a) No person shall abandon any vehicle or other personal property. Any abandoned <br />property shall be subject to removal and impoundment by the director or the police <br />to be dealt with according to law. <br />(b) Leaving any vehicle or other personal property unattended after 11:00 p.m. and <br />before 7:00 a.m., without prior permission of the director shall be considered <br />abandoned and is prohibited. Any property so left shall be subject to impoundment <br />by the director or the police. In the event unattended abandoned property interferes <br />with the safe and orderly management of the park area, it shall be subject to <br />impoundment by the director at any time. <br />(1983 CC, c 15, art 2, sec 15-18; am 2001, ord 01-3, sec 3.)15-18 <br />Section 15-19. Use of audio devices restricted; permits; authorization. <br />(a) The operation or use of any audio devices including radios, television sets, musical <br />instruments, and noise producing devices such as electric generating plants, or <br />other equipment driven by motors or engines in such a manner and at such times <br />so as to unreasonably annoy persons in campgrounds, picnic areas, or at other <br />public places or gathering is prohibited. <br /> <br />15-5 <br /> <br />
