And so, now we will take a brief recess at <br />12:07 p.m. <br />RECONVENE: The meeting reconvened at 1:36 p.m. in open session. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay. This is Ms. Cabanas reconvening our regular meeting of the Merit <br />Appeals Board at 1:36 p.m. on April 26, 2021. <br />We discussed the annual evaluation process for the director of human resources for fiscal 2020 to <br />2021 in executive session. And so, now may I have a motion to approve the process for the <br />evaluation—annual evaluation of the director of human resources for fiscal year 2020 to 2021. <br />MR. VENTURA: So, moved. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Thank you, Mr. Ventura, for the motion. May I have a second? <br />MS. MATHEWS: Second. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Seconded by Ms. Mathews for the approval of the process for the annual <br />evaluation of the HR director for fiscal year 2020 to 2021.
