CABANAS: Okay, motioned by Mr. Kunz and seconded by Ms. Mathews for the Merit <br />Appeals Board to go into executive session to discuss the fiscal year 2020 to 2021 annual <br />performance evaluation of the director of human resources process, which may include revisions <br />to the SurveyMonkey questions for this fiscal year; the Merit Appeals Board evaluation tool for <br />the director of HR for this fiscal year, which is 2020 to 2021; and the definition of the target <br />audience and survey participants.
