Vb\6 <br />1 (2) A single producer that develops and implements a plan to <br />2 carry out the activities for its own covered products, <br />3 as required by this chapter. <br />4 "Program" means the activities conducted to implement a <br />6 "Public place" includes streets, sidewalks, plazas, town <br />7 squares, public parks, beaches, forests, or other public land <br />8 open for recreation or other uses, and transportation facilities <br />9 such as bus and train stations, airports, and ferry terminals. <br />10 "Public place" does not include industrial, commercial, or <br />11 privately owned property. <br />12 "Recyclable" means a covered product that is regularly <br />13 collected, separated, and reprocessed into a recycled material, <br />14 and that does not contain harmful chemical, physical, <br />15 biological, or radiological substances that will pose a threat <br />16 to human health or the environment for its intended or likely <br />17 manner of use. <br />18 "Recycled material" means material derived from covered <br />19 products that is reprocessed into products or commodities used <br />20 in the production of new products whether for the original or <br />21 another purpose.
