N0.1M6 <br />1 recovery and the reprocessing of materials that are to be used <br />2 as fuels or landfill cover. <br />3 "Reusable" means a covered product that is sufficiently <br />4 durable for multiple rotations of its original or similar <br />5 purpose or function in a system of reuse. <br />6 "Reused material" means material that is collected after <br />7 use and reused for its original or similar purpose or function. <br />8 "Rigid plastic" means any covered product made of plastic <br />9 polymers that is rigid or semirigid in form, including foams. <br />10 "Socially just management" means practices that: <br />11 (1) Allow every individual to benefit from the same <br />12 economic, political, and social rights, privileges, <br />13 and opportunities, free from socioeconomic status, <br />14 regardless of race; health disparities; age; sex, <br />15 including on the basis of gender identity or <br />16 orientation; disability; religion; or other <br />17 characteristics; and <br />18 (2) Do not disproportionately impact any community and in <br />19 particular communities in the State or elsewhere that <br />20 bear disproportionately higher levels of adverse <br />21 environmental, social justice, and economic impacts. <br />2021-0546 HB HMSO-1 <br />
