NO. 13\b <br />r3) Until a producer responsibility organization begins to <br />submit annual reports, as specified under section - <br />21, the following data for the prior calendar year: <br />(A) The weight, by material category, of covered <br />products supplied into the State to consumers for <br />residential use, accompanied by a description of <br />how the producer or producer responsibility <br />organization has distinguished and apportioned <br />the quantities of packaging and paper covered <br />products supplied to consumers for residential <br />use from quantities supplied for nonresidential <br />use that are not considered covered products <br />under this chapter; <br />(B) The quantity of covered products supplied that <br />were designed to be reused or refilled, by <br />material category and by weight and number of <br />units; and <br />(C) The postconsumer recycled content, by material <br />category, of covered products supplied, <br />including: <br />2021-0546 HB HMSO-1 <br />'13 <br />
