NO. 11016 <br />I (c) A producer responsibility organization shall develop <br />2 and maintain a public website with enhanced language access <br />3 informing the public of plan implementation details, including <br />4 collection services and locations for each type of covered <br />5 product, and a current list of all producers participating in <br />6 the plan. <br />7 (d) Prior to submitting a new, updated, or revised plan to <br />8 the department, a producer or producer responsibility <br />9 organization shall conduct a consultation process to solicit and <br />10 respond to input from stakeholders and from the advisory <br />11 committee established under section -24. The consultation <br />12 process required in advance of the submission of a plan to the <br />13 department is in addition to the department -led public comment <br />14 process specified in section -4. The consultation process <br />15 shall: <br />16 (1) Address all elements of the system including <br />17 collection, sorting, processing, reuse, use of <br />18 recycled materials, and education; <br />19 (2) Allow opportunities for all stakeholders and members <br />20 of the public to provide comment on the plan prior to <br />21 its submission to the department; <br />2021-0546 HB HMSO-1 <br />26 <br />
