NO. 1316 <br />(8) A plan to minimize the amount, cost, and toxicity of <br />residuals from the collection and processing of <br />covered materials designated for collection, including <br />residuals from materials recovery facilities or <br />similar facilities producing specification grade <br />commodities for sale, but do not include residuals <br />from further processing of end market -ready material; <br />(9) A plan for collecting, transporting, and processing <br />covered products to ensure responsible management and <br />recycling, including: <br />(A) Achieving the reuse and recycling performance <br />requirements in section -13; <br />(B) Providing material that will assist producers in <br />meeting recycled content requirements specified <br />in section -14; and <br />(C) Ensuring covered products designated for <br />collection do not contain toxic substances; <br />(10) A description of how plan implementation will: <br />(A) Achieve equity in the provision of recycling <br />collection services in the State; and <br />2021-0546 HB HMSO-1 <br />30 <br />
