NO. 13\6 <br />1 (15) The dispute resolution process to be used, as needed, <br />2 with residents, collectors, processors, producers, and <br />3 end -market users of materials; and <br />4 (16) Any other information to be included in the plan as <br />5 required by the department by rule. <br />6 (c) In addition to the components specified in subsection <br />7 (b), producer responsibility organizations implementing plans on <br />8 behalf of more than one producer shall include the following <br />9 plan elements: <br />10 (1) A description of the structure and governance of the <br />11 producer responsibility organization, including the <br />12 membership of the advisory committee required under <br />13 section -24; and <br />14 (2) A description of the collection and structure of the <br />15 fees owed by producers to be used to implement the <br />16 plan, consistent with section -15. <br />17 § -12 Collection and management. (a) Covered products <br />18 collected by the program shall be managed in an environmentally <br />19 sound and socially just manner at facilities operating with <br />20 human health and environmental protection standards that are <br />21 broadly equivalent to or better than those required in the <br />2021-0546 HB HMSO-1 32 <br />
