N0.1316 <br />1 <br />(2) <br />By 2030, a minimum of seventy-five percent of all <br />2 <br />covered products supplied into the state are reused or <br />3 <br />recycled, with a minimum of ten percent reused; and <br />4 <br />(3) <br />For each material category of covered products <br />5 <br />supplied into the State, producer responsibility <br />6 <br />organizations shall achieve a combined reuse and <br />7 <br />recycling rates for rigid plastic, including plastic <br />8 <br />beverage containers; flexible plastic; paper; <br />9 <br />aluminum; steel; and glass, to be determined by the <br />10 <br />department. <br />11 <br />(c) <br />For the purposes of this chapter, the amount of <br />12 <br />recycled <br />material shall be measured at the following calculation <br />13 <br />point for <br />each material category of covered products included in <br />14 <br />the plan: <br />15 <br />(1) <br />Rigid plastic material that: <br />16 <br />(A) Does not undergo further processing before <br />17 <br />entering pelletization, extrusion, molding, or <br />18 <br />advanced recycling for plastic polymers; <br />19 <br />(B) Is flaked and does not undergo further processing <br />20 <br />before use in a final product; or <br />2021-0546 HB HMSO-1 <br />3 _6 <br />
