NO.1316 <br />1 (e) The person preparing the assessment under <br />2 subsection(c) may not be interested, directly or indirectly, in <br />3 the ownership or operation of the advanced recycling facility. <br />4 § -13 Reuse and recycling performance requirements. (a) <br />5 To meet the reuse and recycling performance requirements <br />6 established in this section, a producer shall: <br />7 (1) Demonstrate that all covered products are reusable, <br />8 recyclable, or compostable by January 1, 2030; <br />9 (2) Demonstrate that the covered products collected by the <br />10 program were managed consistent section -12; and <br />11 (3) Authenticate, verified by an independent third party, <br />12 the reuse and recycling rates of covered products, as <br />13 specified under subsections (b) through (d), and <br />14 provide the verification to the department as part of <br />15 the annual reporting requirements established under <br />16 section -21. <br />17 (b) At minimum, each plan shall achieve the following <br />18 performance requirements: <br />19 (1) By 2026, a minimum of fifty-five percent of all <br />20 covered products supplied into the State are reused or <br />21 recycled, with a minimum of five percent reused; <br />2021-0546 HB HMSO-1 <br />3�5 <br />
