NO. 13�6 <br />1 (5) Steel material that does not undergo further <br />2 processing before entering a metal smelter or furnace; <br />3 (6) Glass material that does not undergo further <br />4 processing before entering a glass furnace or the <br />5 production of filtration media, abrasive materials, <br />6 glass fiber insulation, and construction materials; <br />7 and <br />8 (7) For materials that are not included in the material <br />9 categories listed in paragraphs (1) through (6) of <br />10 this subsection, the calculation point shall be <br />11 proposed and described by the producer responsibility <br />12 organization in its plan and annual report and is <br />13 subject to approval by the department in order to be <br />14 included in the reuse and recycling rate calculation. <br />15 (d) For each material category of covered product included <br />16 in the plan, the combined reuse and recycling rate shall be <br />17 calculated as the sum of the amount of reused material and <br />18 recycled material managed by the program in a given year, <br />19 divided by the amount of covered products supplied into the <br />20 state in the same year, expressed as a percentage, where: <br />2021-0546 HB HMSO-1 - 1 38 <br />
