NO. %S* <br />1 single use or short-term use, whether or not it could <br />be reused. <br />"Paper" means a covered product made of paper fiber, <br />regardless of its cellulosic fiber source, which may include, <br />but is not limited to wood, wheat, rice, cotton, bananas, <br />eucalyptus, bamboo, hemp, and sugar cane or bagasse. <br />"Paper product" means paper sold and supplied, including <br />but not limited to flyers, brochures, booklets, catalogs, <br />newspapers, magazines, copy paper, printing paper, and all other <br />10 paper materials except for bound books and paper products that, <br />11 by their use, could become unsafe or unsanitary to handle. <br />12 "Plan" means a description of the approach and activities <br />13 developed by a producer or producer responsibility organization <br />14 to fulfill the requirements and to carry out the <br />15 responsibilities of producers under this chapter. <br />16 "Plastic beverage container" means a covered product made <br />17 of rigid plastic for water and flavored water, beer or other <br />18 malt beverages, wine, distilled spirits, mineral water, soda <br />19 water, and similar carbonated soft drinks, and any beverage <br />20 other than those specified in this definition, except infant <br />21 formula, intended for human or animal consumption, and in a <br />2021-0546 HB HMSO-1 7 <br />
