The property is located across the ocean on Puako Beach Drive, on the 4t" floor of the Puako Beach <br />Apartments. <br />The building value is under appeal. <br />County presented their case and recommended that the assessed building value be sustained. A call <br />for questions was made. <br />Mr. Harano moved to sustain the County's position for building value at $599,800 and land <br />value at $20,500. Seconded by Ms. Blancett-Maddock.
