SETTLEMENTS — 9:00 AM APPEALS AGENDA <br />County presented to the Board a 1 -page Appeals Agenda containing information on 1 case that had <br />reached settlement agreements between the County and the respective appellants. A copy of the <br />agenda is attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />Ms. Blancett-Maddock questioned the building and land values for Case No. 42089. County appraisal <br />supervisor, Dionne Costa responded. <br />A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Harano moved to accept the settlements. Seconded by Mr. Okumoto. A call for discussion <br />was made. Motion passed by a vote of 5:0. <br />WITHDRAWN CASES — 1:30 PM APPEALS AGENDA <br />County presented to the Board appellants' requests to withdraw their appeals for the following case: <br />CASE NO. <br />TAX MAP KEY <br />APPELLANT <br />42350 <br />7-5-020-014-0010 <br />FAIRFIELD RESORTS INC <br />A call for questions was made. <br />Ms. Blancett-Maddock moved to accept the withdrawal as presented. Seconded by Mr. Harano. <br />A call for discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of 5:0. <br />SETTLEMENTS — 1:30 PM APPEALS AGENDA <br />County alerted the Board and read into record, Case #42251 has settled — Building - $4,127,000 and <br />Land - $1,673,000. A copy of the settlement letter was provided to the Board for their review. <br />Mr. Okumoto moved to accept this settlement. Seconded by Ms. Blancett-Maddock. A call for <br />discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of 5:0. <br />County presented to the Board a 12 -page Appeals Agenda containing information on 66 cases that <br />had reached settlement agreements between the County and the respective appellants. A copy of the <br />agenda is attached hereto as Exhibit B. <br />Ms. Blancett-Maddock questioned the building status of the settlements. County valuation analyst, <br />Ernest Texeira responded. <br />Mr. Hughes questioned the building and land values for Case No. 41994. County appraisal <br />supervisor, Dionne Costa responded. <br />A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Okumoto moved to accept the settlements as presented. Seconded by Mr. Tokuuke.
