Motion passed by a vote of 5:0. <br />CASE #42119 — OKUNO, DALE <br />TM K 6-6-002-028-0000 <br />The appellant along with his legal representatives, Keyra Wong and Thomas Yeh were present. <br />Present for the County was appraiser, Charlie Brown. <br />The property is a beachfront residential lot on the south side of Wailea Beach Lots on Wailea Bay just <br />south of Hapuna Beach. <br />The land value is under appeal. <br />The appellant's legal representatives presented their case. County presented their case and <br />recommended sustaining the County's assessed land value of $3,579,000. A call for questions was <br />made. <br />Mr. Okumoto moved to sustain the County's assessed land value at $3,579,000. Seconded by <br />Mr. Harano. A call for discussion was made.
