APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Brooke motioned and Mele seconded the motion to approve the agenda. <br />Motion approved. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Brooke motioned and Mele seconded the motion to approve the July 21, 2021 <br />minutes. Motion approved. <br />V. TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Andrew reported he received expenditure reports for the FY and we are up to <br />date. He reported no expenditures for April and May. In June, $6,750 was <br />spent on gift cards for the Equal Pay and Essay contests. As of the last FY, <br />$3,067 was left in the budget. There are no July expenditures to report for the <br />new FY. <br />Puna motioned and Brooke seconded the motion to approve the Treasurer's <br />Report. Motion approved. <br />Discussion: Mihaela recommended that CSW members plan ahead to submit <br />requests to fund projects due to delays in expenditure approvals. <br />VI.
