CORRESPONDENCE <br />None. <br />Vill. REPORTS <br />A. HSCSW liaison report <br />• Cyd reported she was voted in as the new chair for HSCSW which is a <br />2-year term. Preparing for the 2022 Legislative Session. Gender impact <br />assessment report on the impact of the Feminist Economic Recovery Plan <br />for COVID-19. Ma`i Movement donations event- looking for outdoor <br />venues. <br />• Mihaela reported she attended the August mtg w/ HSCSW and committee <br />chairs from all counties. Kauai shared their Feminist Recovery Report. <br />8/19 mtg. for the MMNHWG Task Force. <br />• Cyd shared that HSCSW can provide funds if there are delays in <br />expenditure approvals. <br />B. Family Violence Interagency Committee (FVIC) <br />None. <br />IX. OLD BUSINESS <br />A. Subcommittees <br />a. Mihaela shared a word cloud she created based on HC CSW <br />bylaws to define our values, purpose. She will go through individual <br />subcommittees to f/u on. <br />b. Communications - Mihaela <br />i. New CSW brochures will be ready by Sept. 2021 <br />ii. Family Services Directory - updated version will be published <br />Oct 2021 <br />• Farrah asked if you submitted info to check if it was <br />captured accurately. Suggested including info on <br />CSW in the blank space. <br />• Mihaela motioned to include the mission statement in <br />the services directory. <br />• Farrah moved to amend the motion to include any <br />edits within the next 2 weeks. <br />• Mihaela motioned to approve the service directory to <br />include any edits from the committee and CSW <br />mission statement. Farrah seconded. Motion <br />approved. <br />iii. Social media presence -Allen emailed social media <br />guidelines. Mihaela confirmed that the HC CSW can have a <br />FB page. <br />
