The application's access section addresses Orchidland Drive but fails to directly mention the <br /> existing condition of the roadway from Highway 130 to the subject parcel. Some <br /> correspondence from the Orchidland Community Association mentions concerns over the <br /> condition of the roadway and questions over maintenance of the roadway.
