A 15-foot wide future road widening setback along the property's Mamalahoa <br /> Highway frontage shall be established. <br /> This is already reflected in the proposed subdivision map. (Exhibit D) <br /> F. A 50-foot wide road/utility easement to accommodate the future extension of <br /> Hauhoa Street shall be established. <br /> This is reflected in the proposed subdivision map. Restrictive covenants shall be on the deeds relating to the one dwelling <br /> limitation and the prohibition of condominium property regime. <br /> A draft of this prohibition will be submitted to the PIanning Department for <br /> reviewlapproval prior to the issuance of final subdivision approval. <br /> H. Wastewater requirements shall meet with the requirements of the State <br /> Department of Health. <br /> This will be done by the individual lot owners during the building permit <br /> process. Based on prevailing regulations, it would be a septic system. <br /> J. Should any inadvertent archaeological remains be discovered, SHPD shall be <br /> noticed and work in that area will cease. <br /> This will be complied with. <br /> K.
