Relative to traffic,the concurrency provision requires a Traffic Impact <br /> Analysis Report(TIAR) if more than fifty (50)trips are generated by a project <br /> during the peak hours. In this situation,the proposed subdivision will result in <br /> only two(2)more lots. <br /> County water for the project is still available, and the Applicant is current on <br /> its water commitment deposit. <br /> As such, approval of this request should not be incongruous with the <br /> concurrency provision of the Zoning Code. <br /> It is thus maintained that the reasons used to support the existing rezoning also <br /> apply to the requested time extensions.
