HSCSW liaison report <br />• Cyd thanked the committee for the thank you letters to Bay Clinic for participation <br />in the HCSW HT sign waving event; thanked committee for the invitation. <br />• Cyd said the HSCSW wants COVID 19 effects on women to be included in <br />HSCW Women's Report. <br />• Mihaela to address this in Old Business portion of the meeting. <br />B. Family Violence Interagency Committee (FVIC) <br />• Mihaela attended Sept 13 meeting. <br />• FVIC gearing up for Oct 1, 2021 DV Vigil (virtual event). <br />• Requests to send videos/photos relating to domestic violence victims/survivors <br />to: m <br />C. MMNHWG Task Force <br />• Mihaela attended August 19 meeting per invitation to all CSW county Chairs. <br />• Task force includes all county CSWs, the HSCSW, law enforcement <br />representatives, OHA representatives, and other relevant agencies. <br />• Khara Jabola-Carolus, from the state HSCSW, is the Chair of the Task Force; <br />Lisa from the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, is the Vice Chair of the Task <br />Force. <br />• Next meeting: October 28. <br />ACTION ITEM: <br />All HCSW members are requested to research and provide to the Chair, <br />Mihaela, a list of all data in Hawaii county regarding Missing and Murdered <br />Native Hawaiian Women and Girls for presentation to the Task Force. <br />Deadline: October 1. <br />IX. OLD BUSINESS <br />A. Communications: Brochure, Family Services Directory, Social Media <br />• Mihaela said the Family Services Directory still needs funding for paper. <br />• Farrah -Marie said that two reams of 11 x17 pastel paper were ordered, but still <br />not paid for; she says they were approved for purchase at the April 2021 <br />meeting; suggests this is a procurement issue; asks for follow up. <br />• Mihaela said this purchase was addressed at last meeting with Prosecutor. <br />• Brooke did not attend today's meeting, therefore no report on social media. <br />3 <br />
