s <br />Leveraging <br />Explain how federal funds leveraged additional resources (private, state and local funds), <br />including a description of how matching requirements were satisfied, as well as haw any <br />publicly owned land or property located within the jurisdiction that were used to address the <br />needs identified in the plan. <br />In addition to the CDBG, HOME and HTF funding resources, the projects utilized other federal, <br />state, county and private funds to leverage, match and/or supplement the project budget. The <br />matching contributions for the HOME program is a federal program requirement. The Counties <br />require that the applicants for HOME funds provide matching contributions to comply with the <br />federal program requirements.
