SHPD review, when the applicants—are you able to see that, not yet, huh? There we go. So, the <br /> project site is in this location, and this is the Kakalina right-of-way, here is Hualalai Street, this is <br /> across Hualalai coming through the property, and then eventually connecting up with the existing <br /> subdivision to the south. In regards to review of the roadway, I mean there is two ways we can <br /> do it: we can do prior to construction, we can add to a condition that prior to construction of that <br /> realignment that they receive approval from SHPD; but the other factor is is that they are going <br /> to have to get a grading permit for that road, and they will have to be reviewed through SHPD <br /> for that particular permit. So there is two different avenues there. But, yeah, I don't think that— <br /> through <br /> hatthrough our review we were the ones that requested this after the submittal of the application, so <br /> SHPD would not have known about this. <br /> VITOUSEK: Okay. Commissioner Armbruster. <br /> ARMBRUSTER: Robyn, is that part, is that area part of the grading? The greeting plan that's <br /> underway? Because if so, it probably would have been reviewed that way, right? <br /> MATSUMOTO: We have them review because maybe the depth is going to be different. So it <br /> would go back to SHPD again for specific review of the new road. <br /> ARMBRUSTER: Okay, okay. <br /> VITOUSEK: Are there any other questions for the county?
