CABANAS: Okay, thank you. Okay. So, we'll call on Mr. Leopoldino to provide the <br />Board the director's report. Mr. Leopoldino. <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: Thank you Chair Cabanas and members of the Merit Appeals Board. <br />MAB Quarterly Reports: April – June 2021 <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: I have a "Director's Report" for you this morning. I had requested that <br />the MAB Quarterly Reports be held till today's meeting as I was unavailable at our last—at your <br />last meeting. Did anyone have any questions on the—our Quarterly Reports for the Period April <br />through June 2021? <br />MR. KUNZ: No. <br />MR. VENTURA: No questions. <br />MS. MATHEWS: I have one quick question. <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: Sure. <br />MS. MATHEWS: The—it shows under Goal number 1 that there were no audits conducted. I <br />have no idea how your audits work, but most of the time you can do a lot of that stuff virtually. <br />And I'm just curious if it really needed to be in-person or if you couldn't do some version of an <br />audit by having them submit documentation or documents are online. <br />Page 11 <br />
