Septage Hauler Discharge Permit Required. Septage haulers are required to have a valid permit in accordance with Chapteir 21, HC,C, and proof of registration with the State Department of Health (DOH) in accordance with Section 11-62-61 of the Hawaii Administrative Rules, prior to discharging waste into the county sewer system. (a) Application. A department application for a seta hauler discharge permit shiall be completed in full. Any incomplete application shall not be processed.
