PL-KVD-2021-000007: The applicant, Mr. Bill McCowatt, agent/applicant for Sarah L. <br /> Akona Partnership/Kona Square Associates, is proposing exterior and tenant improvements <br /> for an existing commercial building for a restaurant/bar(Spinners Daiquiri Bar and Lounge) <br /> and retail center along Alii Drive across from Kailua Pier.
