PL-KVD-2021-000009: The applicant, Mr. Zach Hanson, of Christopher Kidd and <br /> Associates LLC, architect firm/applicant, are proposing exterior and tenant improvements at <br /> an existing commercial building for a new outpatient dialysis clinic at the Kona Coast <br /> Shopping Center, located off Palani Road at Queen Kaahumanu Highway.
