My sense, <br />however, at some point in time – and then, you know, Mr. Emler is here from the Public Works <br />Department –, that’ll probably at some point in <br />time be reduced to 35. <br />HOUSEL: Oh, in that area. Okay. <br />FUKE: I <br />used more heavily. <br /> <br />FUKE: Twenty-five. <br />HOUSEL: Twenty-five, okay, so itoa now. <br />FUKE: Yeah, because it’s within a residential zone. <br />HOUSEL: Right. Do you know how many vehicles currently use the entrance now? <br />HOUSEL: No, no, the entrance to Parker Ranch. <br />GUILLOZ: I would say about 30 with the Ranch vehicles; each of our cowboys has a vehicle, and <br />then the administrative staff. <br />HOUSEL: Okay, so approximately 60 car trips per day then roughly? <br />GUILLOZ: Yeah. <br />HOUSEL: With the additional tenants, would that double, then,you expect? <br />FUKE: Conceivably it could double because, you know, if you are looking at the buildings being <br />only 50 percent occupied right now, so -. <br />HOUSEL: Is there, I know there is a sign by the entrance, is there any other signage that indicates <br />that people may be turning into the driveway there? <br />10 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />
