One is the <br />maintenance garage and the other one is just a general warehouse. <br />BOWMAN: And the general warehouse is also 50 percent occupied? <br />FUKE: More or less, yeah. <br />BOWMAN: So if you’ve got 15,000 plus 9,000, right -. <br />FUKE: So cumulatively you might be looking at about -. <br />BOWMAN: Twenty-four, 12,000. <br />FUKE: About 12,000 square feet, correct. <br />BOWMAN: And do you know approximately like -. I’m just trying to get a feel for the traffic and, <br />you know -. What is a normal, like,car repair shop – about 1,000 or 2,000? I’m sorry I don’t <br />know. Maybe -. <br />FUKE: You mean in terms of the volume of traffic coming in? <br />BOWMAN: Well, just how many different businesses there would, you know, potentially be. <br />FUKE: Oh, I see. I think about 1,000 to 1,500 square feet for a small business would probably be <br />the size; so you might be looking at, assuming that they have about 12,000 square feet of leasable <br />area, you might be looking at anywhere from maybe, what, eight to ten different businesses that <br />could come over there. <br />BOWMAN: And the road coming in, the access road, will be paved?
