The applicants initially considered an FA-3a zoning, however, given the <br /> current physical constraints of the property (shape of the property and placement of <br /> existing dwellings thereon and the 1+ acre roadway bisecting the property), the applicants <br /> could not devise a subdivision site design to meet their stated three (3) lot subdivision <br /> objective,thus the applicants are requesting the FA-2a zoning.
