Commission. Just as a refresher, the location of this particular application is within the North <br />Kohala district, more specifically we’re looking at Kynnersley Road. We have the Akoni Pule <br />Highway running on the top portion of the map, Kynnersley Road running mauka-makai, and <br />then we have the subject property identified in yellow. There is a red dot right on the portion of <br />the property nearest Kynnersley Road where the actual tower is located. This is a little difficult <br />to see, but the actual intervenors in this case own the property and reside on this particular <br />property near the tower. With that, are there any questions? <br />WATANABE: Well, fellow Commissioners, do we have any questions of staff? <br />BOWMAN: I just have a quick question. <br />WATANABE: Yes, Ms. Bowman. <br />BOWMAN: So it’s the red where the tower is, right? <br />DARROW: Correct. <br />BOWMAN: What is outlined in yellow? <br />DARROW: That’s the entire subject property. <br />BOWMAN: Okay, thanks. And the owners of that property? <br />DARROW: The owners of the property are, good question, one minute. <br />BOWMAN: You know, it’s an interesting looking piece of property. <br />DARROW: The Takatas own the property, the Takatas. <br />BOWMAN: Oh, thank you. <br />WATANABE: Okay, any further questions? Then why don’t we call the applicant up. <br />And prior to beginning this, I believe our rules require that the, if there’s any public testimony, <br />anyone that wishes to testify from the public, that they be allowed to testify. Generally this <br />would exclude those who have already signed up on the witness list cause, you know, you will <br />be provided an opportunity to testify then, yeah? So right now I don’t have anyone signed up for <br />this agenda item to testify from the public. But since I see three people out there, is there anyone <br />here that would care to testify? Seeing none, then I guess, we’ve addressed that issue. Will the <br />applicant please come up. You’re the intervenor? <br />MCCULLOUGH: I, yes, sir. <br />WATANABE: Yeah, okay, you may be seated also.
