I’m with Ali`i Wireless Specialists. I’m here on <br />behalf of Crown Castle International; and my address is 48-472 Kamehameha Highway, <br />Waikane, 96744. <br />WATANABE: Okay. <br />ANDREWS: My name is Lissa Andrews and I’m an attorney for the applicant, Crown <br />Castle. My business address is 737 Bishop Street, Suite 2400, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. <br />WATANABE: Mr. McCullough. <br />MCCULLOUGH: Christopher McCullough, I’m the applicant for the contested case and my <br />address is 55-2279 Kynnersley Road, Kapaau, Hawaii <br />WATANABE: Thank you. Okay, as a housekeeping nature, I want to make sure that both <br />you, Mr. McCullough as well as the applicant, are aware of each other’s witness list, and that <br />there are no objections to the witness lists. <br />ANDREWS: I have no objection. <br />WATANABE: Mr. McCullough? <br />MCCULLOUGH: Yeah, in regards to our witness list, I did want to, as a group, as a <br />neighborhood -. I have a letter from the County of Hawaii Planning Commission dated <br />th <br />December 5, originally stating that the meeting was to be held on January 23, 2009; and then <br />there’s another letter here via certified mail dated December 22, 2008 changing the date of the <br />nd <br />meeting to January 22, today’s date. We’ve had a little bit of an issue here with this. I had <br />been out of town on business and I just returned yesterday. And so at this point the rest of our <br />group is unable to witness due to lack of notification on my part due to that I didn’t see this letter <br />till I returned from business. I’ve been off-island, the mainland.
