Requires state building codes to incorporate <br />the international green construction code. <br />Sets specific targets for the recycling, reuse, <br />RELATING TO donation, and resale of non-hazardous <br />SB2662 State Building Codes; CONSTRUCTION construction waste. Effective 7/1/2050. <br />SD2Construction WasteWASTE.(SD2) <br />Requires the Department of Agriculture to <br />establish a three-year compost <br />reimbursement pilot program to provide <br />reimbursements to farmers and ranchers <br />who purchase compost from a certified <br />processor, dealer, retailer, or wholesaler <br />licensed to do business in the State. <br />Compost Reimbursement Establishes a temporary compost <br />Pilot Program; Compost reimbursement pilot program manager <br />Reimbursement Pilot position. Requires the Department to submit <br />SB2955 Program Manager; Report; RELATING TO a report to the Legislature. Appropriates <br />SD1AppropriationCOMPOSTING.moneys. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1) <br />Requires the Department of Health to <br />DOH; Deposit Beverage implement the Auditor's recommendations <br />Container Program; Auditor for the Deposit Beverage Container program, <br />Recommendations; Risk-including developing a risk-based selection <br />based Selection Process; process to select reports submitted by <br />SB2998 Distributors; Redemption RELATING TO certain distributors and redemption centers <br />SD1CentersRECYCLING.for audit. (SD1) <br />Establishes and appropriates moneys for a <br />compost reimbursement program within the <br />Department of Agriculture and for one full- <br />HDOA; Compost time permanent compost reimbursement <br />Reimbursement Program; program manager position. Requires an <br />Compost Reimbursement annual progress report to the Legislature <br />SB3004 Program Manager; RELATING TO prior to each regular session. Effective <br />SD1AppropriationCOMPOSTING.7/1/2050. (SD1) <br />Removes the limitation on specific types of <br />wastewater systems to which cesspools <br />must be upgraded or converted, and instead <br />requires a cesspool be upgraded or <br />converted to a wastewater system approved <br />by the Department of Health, prior to <br />1/1/2050. Requires that cesspools within <br />Cesspool Conversion; 500 feet of certain bodies of water be <br />Environmental Management RELATING TO upgraded, converted, or connected if they <br />SB368 Division of the Department CESSPOOL are sold or transferred on or after 1/1/2024. <br />SD2of HealthCONVERSION.(SD2) <br />
