Managing HFD volunteer companies like an organization with structure, roles, and <br />expectations creates opportunities and engagement that can break the bonds of budget <br />constraints. <br /> <br />Training <br />12. Determining how many hours remain after accounting for sick, vacation, and training, will help <br />HFD plan for what staffing is needed to ensure no interruption in service. <br /> <br />Waste, Fraud, Abuse <br />13.
