Performance Self-Assessment <br /> <br />To gain understanding, we interviewed HFD management to determine how they perceived their <br />current level of performance. We asked 131 questions in seven categories. We corroborated with <br />management and determined ten do not apply to their operations. Of the remainder, management <br />determined they were incorporating approximately 41.3% of the performance measures into their <br />operations and were not achieving about 58.7%.
