CABANAS: Good morning, everyone, the Merit Appeals Board meeting is called to order <br />on this day, December 2nd, 2021, at 10 a.m. <br />We have quorum today. All five Board members are present. I'm Gabriella Cabanas, Chair of <br />the Merit Appeals Board. Joining me is Mel Ventura, our Vice -Chair from Kailua-Kona sitting <br />in on the meeting via Zoom. Good morning, Mel. <br />MR.
