All access is <br /> paved up to 8 and F. It then turns into a dirt/gravel road maintained by parcel owners. <br /> The condition of the road depends on rain fall and vehicular driving habits. For this <br /> reason driving slowly and mindfully is advisable. The roadway easement is 40' wide with <br /> utility poles on the makai side on the road.
