Public Access <br /> There are no access corridors to mountain or shoreline. Hawaiian Acres roads have <br /> been used by the public for decades. <br /> 3J Description of access to area including width, surface and condition of road. <br /> Parcel 3-1-6-045-007-000 frontage is 150 ft on privately owned road. All access is <br /> paved up to 8 and F. It then turns into a dirt/gravel road maintained by parcel owners. <br /> The condition of the road depends on rain fall and vehicular driving habits. For this <br /> reason driving slowly and mindfully is advisable. The roadway easement is 40' wide with <br /> utility poles on the makai side on the road. (See deed) <br /> 3K.Traffic impacts <br /> Business will be conducted by appointment only, the petitioners see little impact on the <br /> community by the proposed use. <br /> 3L. Availability of Utilities <br /> Power <br /> Electricity is available via-grid tie in or off the grid options. We are off the grid. <br /> Hot water is produced via a propane on damage hot water heater. <br /> Communications <br /> Telephone service is available via Iandlines or cell phone coverage. <br /> HAM radio use is also available for emergency communications. Applicants are both <br /> licensed operators.(NH7AN, WH6DA) <br /> Fiber optic cable is available on the roadway in front of the parcel. <br /> Sewage disposal <br /> Septic system. The leach field exceeds required specification for the structure. In <br /> speaking with DOH environmental branch, it was indicated that the current system <br /> would be sufficient for the special use application <br />
